Artwork Commissions
Yes! Sindy accepts select commissions for commercial projects and private clients. Get in touch via the Contact page with your idea, and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.

Email your project brief, timeline, and budget. The more detail, the better — we’ll get back to you with a tailored quote.
Yes — tattoo designs are available on request, depending on availability. Just note: Sindy doesn’t do the tattooing, just the artwork.
You’ll have usage rights based on your project — we’ll outline this clearly in your quote. Full ownership can be arranged for an additional fee.

Brick, rendered walls, interior plaster, timber, metal, and even roller doors — as long as it can hold paint, we can work with it.
Mural pricing depends on the size, access, prep needed, travel, and detail of the artwork. Most projects start from $2,000+GST.
Yes! Most work is based in Sydney and surrounds, but interstate and international murals are considered if travel and accommodation are covered.
Small murals can be completed in a day. Large-scale or detailed walls may take 3–5 days or more — we’ll advise based on your wall.
Online Orders
Once shipped, standard delivery takes:
- 2–6 business days within Australia
- 7–14 business days for international orders
Please allow extra time during public holidays and new product drops.
Standard is regular post. Express is faster and prioritised by the courier. You’ll be able to choose at checkout.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. We’ll do our best to update your address before dispatch.
Nope. All orders are sent via mail — Sindy’s studio isn’t open to the public.
Yes — if you’d like your item signed, just leave a note at checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate it depending on the product and timing.
Yep — we ship worldwide to many countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Pre-Sale Online Orders
Pre-sales help us make only what’s needed — better for the environment and helps keep limited runs special.
No — all items in your order will ship together once the pre-sale item is ready. If you need the in-stock items sooner, place a separate order.
If production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to adjust sizing — email us quickly and we’ll see what we can do.
Most pre-sale items are limited edition and won’t be reprinted — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
