Returns & Refunds
Pre-orders can’t be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Pre-order shirts and items are exactly that, made to order. Therefore if you've had a change of heart or size, tough luck. Sindy Sinn is an artist, not a vending machine, so things are a bit more hands-on. But if something arrived wrong, reach out and let me know.
To return something:

Must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging (no hair or weird smells).

Include your order number so I can see/track what's happened.

Email orders@sindysinn.com.au before sending anything back. Unannounced returns will be turned away like a fart at a funeral. Gimme the heads up first.
Stuffed-up Order?
If it rocked up broken, the wrong size, or looking like it went through a shredder; email orders@sindysinn.com.au and we’ll get on it. Sometimes these orders get packed to loud tunes and a coupla beers, so shit happens. Let's fix it.
No Returns On:

Gift cards (non-refundable)

Want something else? Return the first thing, wait for the refund, and go again.
Annoying? Yes, but I'll help you get it sorted.
Refunds
Once your return lands back at the studio (not covered in hot sauce or dog-hair), your refund will be sorted within 10 business days. This is a manual process and also depends a bit on your bank's timings.
