Shipping Info

Once your order comes through, it's straight into prepping, packing and posting your order from the studio in Marrickville NSW. Once ready, it's handed over to Australia Post, who'll send you confirmation and tracking updates. If tracking is available, you’ll get a link so you can obsessively watch your parcel's journey and greet your handsome postie at the door (with a kiss).

1. Flat Rate Shipping

A reliable, fully-insured courier service with professional handling from door to door. Includes custom protective packaging, full tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance cover for loss or damage.

Flat rates (for all sizes):

• Australia: $190
• USA / Canada: $600
• UK: $650
• Rest of the World: $550
  

2. ORGANISE YOUR OWN COURIER
If you have a preferred courier, you’re welcome to arrange your own pickup from my Marrickville (2204 NSW) studio

3. STUDIO PICKUP
Come by the studio and collect it in person. I’ll make sure there’s a cold beer in the fridge and time for a chat.

Do PREORDERS take longer? 

Yes, preorders can take a little longer because your gear has to be printed and produced specifically for you. But once it's ready, your shipping times are about the same as normal. If you've ordered multiple items, it'll be grouped efficiently into as few parcels as possible. If you're worried, email orders@sindysinn.com.au

How long will it take to arrive?

Your guess is as good as mine. Australia Post does their best, but let’s be honest, they sometimes work a bit like monkeys with jet-packs. Might take a day. Might take a week. Might get launched into orbit and then redirected via Perth. Who bloody knows. All items are posted from Marrickville 2204 NSW if that helps to look up how long it might take.
